Scalarr is looking for a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team!
You will work closely with Backend and CyberSecurity teams to maintain the high quality of the product for EdgeLabs customers. That participation includes detection quality of the Sensor and ecosystem between Sensor / Backend API, and building test-automation infrastructure including test beds. You will be also responsible for automating/integrating into test infrastructure all the threat-detection algorithms. This role will directly report to the CTO.

Conduct production and staging API testing, system validation, automation of daily workloads.
Participate in the creation of the end-to-end test infrastructure for testing cyber-security attacks and product detection quality.
Work closely with DevOps and cyber security teams on building test cluster for cyber security experiments and product validation.
Apply cyber test tools and develop strategies for cybersecurity testing of the internal and external deployments.
Perform system security analysis on systems and/or software to understand and identify cyber vulnerabilities.
Document and communicate test results effectively to technical and non-technical user groups in both written and oral formats.

Good organization, decision making, and verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent self-initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively in small and large team settings to solve complex problems.
Good Knowledge of Linux Operating Systems.
Understanding of network security/engineering.
Web-based application security concepts.
Experience in software development (DevSecOps, Python, Java, etc.).
Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
Experience using tools like NESSUS, NMap and others.
Experience in cybersecurity testing and/or leading cyber test events.
